Ray White Gladstone Park is proudly managed and directed by Malek Younan, his business partner Phillip Mercieca and their energetic & dynamic team.

At the ripe young age of 20 back in 2001, Malek started his role as a Property Manager and very quickly pursued his passion, becoming a Sales Executive working & learning alongside current Ray White CEO of Victoria & Tasmania - Domenic Belfiore. This added to his wealth of knowledge on how to be a successful leader.

Malek’s strengths are his enthusiasm, exceptional negotiation skills, colorful Auctioneering style and strong passion for listening to his clients needs & obtaining record breaking results, all whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service. This earned him numerous awards, recognition and a trail of loyal clients returning to him for their real estate needs.

A fantastic opportunity arose to become a Leader &  Business Owner for Australasia’s largest Real Estate Group - Ray White, and he was able to refocus his expertise from Salesman to Director.

Malek and Phillip now work tirelessly to bring their clientele a service second to none. Their energetic, cutting edge business approach has brought a fresh exciting change to the real estate market in Gladstone Park.

As a leader in real estate, Malek’s proud to be a part of the Ray White group. He believes Ray White ‘Thinks outside the box’ as it supports local businesses become overachievers and gives it global exposure. The family owned values are replicated in his own standards and professionalism.

Being a proud father of three children, Malek enjoys spending time with his wife, family & friends, travelling, swimming and playing sports. Malek also supports and is part of the Victorian Assyrian Community, volunteers work for charity groups and other community assistance.
